Getting Ready for National Day celebrations
*The unvieling of the largest and most expensive mosiac picture in the world made at UAEU(2005).
By royal decree, national day must be celebrated like no other year.
Some info just in case people havent heard:
Our university(UAEU) will have a week long celebrations starting from this wednesday till next wednesday.
Tawam is also hosting an event for National Day this Thursday.
There will also be a very very large celebrations on saturday in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Watani is creating the largest map of the UAE by passing out thick poster boards to all schools and universities. Each student and proffessor are going to leave their marks on the boards. So far on one board, there are over 300 finger prints in green,black and red :)
I'll try to keep you guys posted on this with pictures as we prepare and celebrate this glorious day :)

About the WATANI ANA, ANA WATANI there will be a huge flag, cut into pieces and these pieces will be carried by volunteers from all the seven emirates to collect finger prints of UAE nationals (school kids, teachers, doctors …) total of 200,000.
