I love his saying; You cannot hate the roots without hating the tree. About people who reject or start hating where they came from.

Its surreal to see real video footage of him. You always read about him and admire his straight and frank way of speaking, he becomes a figment of the past. A hero that has long been gone. To be able to actually SEE HIM and HEAR him say these things, is PRICELESS.
You know who reminds me of malcolm x, the way he speaks and his manner? Imam Ziad Shakir.
Of course they are different, but i do see some similarities.
